Day One:
While driving through Iowa, we pulled over to eat at "Gramma's Kitchen".
Fantastic food!
Vicini Trails & Tales
My husband, the artist, Vic Vicini, asked me to put together a blog about our travels and tales. We recently took up biking riding, hiking, cross country skiing and gardening. Vic uses these experiences for his art inspirations and I use it to be with him. In addition, this blog lets our grown children and my parents know what we have been up to.

Lucky Lou
This is Lucky.
We rescued her from Hines Park.
She kept sleeping on the railing of our deck or grill. She was 11 weeks. Crying like a baby.
I begged to keep her.
Had a 2-1/2" deep gash at the tip of her tail.
Healed up very well.
She is skittish but a REALLY good cat.
Ain't she pretty?
My 2 other cats get along really good w/her.
She is a year or so younger than them.
She is 3 years old.
